• Profile Settings — Update your email and profile info from your account profile
• View Rewards — Check your earned rewards and claim pending items on the rewards page

If you can't resolve your issue through self-service, reach out to our support team:

• Discord — Join our server and open a ticket in the #support channel (fastest response)
• In-Game — Use the /support command to submit a ticket directly from the game

When contacting support, please include:

• Your username
• A clear description of the issue
• Screenshots if applicable
• When the issue first occurred

Our team is community-driven and handles support as quickly as possible:

• Discord tickets — Typically within a few hours
• Account recovery — May take up to 24-48 hours for verification
• Ban appeals — Reviewed within 3-5 days
