  • Discord — Join our server and open a ticket in the #support channel (fastest response)
  • In-Game — Use the /support command to submit a ticket directly from the game

When contacting support, please include:

  • Your username
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable
  • When the issue first occurred
