By creating an account, downloading the client, or playing TwelveSky2: Nostalgia, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One person may operate multiple accounts, but multi-clienting during wars is prohibited
• Accounts found in violation of our rules may be suspended or permanently banned
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate accounts that violate these terms

• Using cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics
• Real-money trading (RMT) of accounts, items, or in-game currency
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior toward other players
• Attempting to disrupt the game service or server infrastructure
• Impersonating staff members or other players

• All virtual items, currency, and characters remain the property of TwelveSky2: Nostalgia
• Purchases of Cash Points (CP) are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify item values, availability, and game mechanics at any time
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value

TwelveSky2: Nostalgia is provided 'as is' without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from the use of our service.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
