• I forgot my password — Use the password reset feature on the login page, or contact support on Discord
• I can't log in — Make sure you're using the correct username (not email) and password. Check if the server is online
• My account was banned — Contact the team on Discord to inquire about your ban. Include your username and any relevant details
• Can I change my username? — Usernames cannot be changed after registration. Choose carefully

• How do I join a guild? — Open the guild window (G key) and browse available guilds, or ask in chat for an invite
• How do I enhance equipment? — Right-click an enhancement stone in your inventory, then click the equipment you want to upgrade
• Where do I level up? — Talk to your faction's guide NPC for zone recommendations based on your level
• How do faction wars work? — Wars start on a schedule. When a war begins, you'll see a notification — travel to the war zone and fight for your faction
• What are Nostalgia Coins? — A website currency earned through login streaks, playtime, and achievements. Spend them in the rewards shop

• The game won't launch — Make sure you're launching through the SLeap Launcher. Run as Administrator if needed
• Game crashes on startup — Verify your antivirus isn't blocking the game. Add the game folder to your exclusions
• Low FPS — Lower your graphics settings in-game. Close unnecessary background applications
• Disconnecting frequently — Check your internet connection stability. Try using a wired connection instead of WiFi
• Launcher not updating — Close the launcher completely, delete the patch cache, and relaunch
